Prior to your Consultation

Please bring the following to your appointment with Dr. Alolabi: 

• A valid health card

• A list of current medications and allergies 

• CD Images from pertinent X-ray, CT and MRI studies (not US). The report sent from your family doctor is insufficient. Imaging from Oakville, Milton and Georgetown Hospitals are available to Dr. Alolabi online and so no CD is required.

Post Operative Instructions

Post operative care is individualized to the specific procedure performed. Please ensure you have received a post operative instructions sheet from Dr. Alolabi after your surgery and prior to leaving the hospital. Below are specific instructions to common procedures performed and generalized scar and cast/splint management.
